About these departments
There are two departments at Foxtons offering a variety of opportunities within Finance and Accounts.
Property Management
Our Property Management department has two specialist teams, Accounts and Credit Control, which are responsible for managing the accounts of properties let via Foxtons. We currently deal with thousands of rental properties which require us to set up monthly payments and handle ad hoc payments for maintenance work or extra services provided by Foxtons. The nature of this department requires contact with landlords, tenants and suppliers and therefore good communication skills are necessary alongside any financial experience.
Foxtons Finance
The central Finance department provides financial and management accounting in addition to payroll and purchase ledger functions for the entire Foxtons business. The structure of the team ensures that each individual takes responsibility for a key area within the department and has overall ownership for the success of their function.
