Account Manager
Upon promotion to an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing growth of business. Whilst you may inherit accounts which are already up and running, you will also be expected to generate new business, in conjunction with your New Business Developers, by approaching a variety of companies and conducting new business meetings.
A major focus of the role is ensuring an exceptional level of customer service and ensuring that any issues are always managed to a positive outcome.
In order to progress to the Key Account Manager role you will be expected to have strong relationships with all your accounts but also to show a willingness to assist new starters.
