Adam O'Leary, Sales Manager
After completing a degree in French and Communication Arts from Huddersfield University in 2000 and unsure of what to do next, I spent a year abroad before deciding that I really wanted to focus on my career. Luckily, I saw an advert for Foxtons and as I have always had an interest in property I knew that it could be a perfect fit. That was seven years ago now and I really haven't looked back.
Although I found it tough at first as a Sales Negotiator, the excellent training really helped me get to grips with the role, as did working with fantastic, motivated and - most of all - fun people. Since then, with a lot of hard work, I have been fortunate enough to progress within the company and am now the Sales Manager of our successful Richmond office - a position that I am incredibly proud of.
Hard work is also well rewarded in other ways and I have been lucky enough to have been invited on several trips abroad, dined at some exclusive restaurants and driven some fantastic cars. Foxtons really has given me the opportunity to experience things I otherwise wouldn't have been able to and this is something that continues to encourage me to succeed even further.
