Roberto Freddi, Corporate Sales

I joined Foxtons in August 2004 after working in various sales roles and realised straight away that it was a dynamic company where hard work would be recognised and rewarded.

As the number one estate agency in London and Surrey, Foxtons gave me the confidence that I needed to shape my sales career in one of the most lucrative markets in London: the property market.

I joined the Corporate Services department as I was familiar with business-to-business sales from previous jobs. I soon learned about every aspect of the company, as the role involves almost all departments, and building relationships with colleagues has been key to my success. I started by developing a small account base but I was soon managing large accounts where I regularly met blue chip clients on site.

In January 2006 I was promoted to Team Leader of the Corporate Services division, where I was given the opportunity to help staff develop into key members of the team. I am now Corporate Services Manager and can proudly say I have played an active part in the department's rapid growth.

The daily routine at Foxtons is very exciting. I get to visit our front offices and corporate clients, but being in HQ is the most exciting part of the day. The energy on the sales floor at Chiswick Park is a direct reflection of Foxtons as a company; the most dynamic and successful estate agency in the business.

With a young-minded work ethic, great incentives and impeccable training and support, Foxtons has enabled me to quickly build a career - and what's more, I've had a great time doing it.
