What is Podcasting?
Podcasting is a way for you to download audio files over the Internet so you can listen to them on your computer or MP3 player.
As Podcasts are audio files you can listen to them when commuting to work or while on the move.

What's so good about Podcasting?
Subscribing to Podcasts means audio information comes to your computer directly so you don't have to keep checking websites for the latest updates.
You can then transfer the audio files to your MP3 player and listen to them on your way to work, for example.

Do I need an iPod?
No.
You can listen to podcasts on any MP3 player or even just through your computer.
How do I start?
Firstly, download some podcast software such as iTunes or Juice.
Then, wherever you see

on Foxtons.co.uk, follow the link and copy and paste the subscription address into your software. The subscription address will start with http://www.foxtons.co.uk/TIP:
In iTunes, go to the Advanced tab then Subscribe to Podcast...Every time you open your podcast software, you can request the latest property audio files from Foxtons.co.uk.
TIP:
iTunes only shows the latest podcast by default. If you would like to change this to download all the latest podcasts, go to:Podcasts > Settings > When new episodes are available > Download all
You can now either listen through your computer or transfer the files to your MP3 player.
What's in the Foxtons Podcast?
The Foxtons' Podcast contains the latest properties listed on Foxtons.co.uk (within certain areas and price ranges). You will receive an MP3 audio file with the latest property descriptions and prices read out to you.
We hope this feature will help you with your property search by allowing you to listen to property details when stuck on the Tube, train or bus on the way to work, for example.
