Licence to use Foxtons content for Limited Purposes:
- You acknowledge Foxtons.co.uk as the source of the material. You must include such acknowledgement and the Foxtons web address (www.foxtons.co.uk or Foxtons.co.uk) in the copy of the material, and
- You do not alter any HTML or Javascript code generated by Foxtons
- You must inform the third party that all the Terms and Conditions set out herewith apply to him/her and that he/she is bound by them.

Provision of service
Every effort will be made to provide a continuous service but Foxtons can not be held responsible for lack of service.
Foxtons reserves the right to stop providing this free use of data without prior warning at any point.

Foxtons content is not available for sites that contain:
- Excessive profanity
- Violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organsation
- Hacking/cracking content
- Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Pornography, adult, or mature content
- Gambling or casino-related content
- Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others.
- Sales or promotion of alcohol, tobacco, weapons or related products.
Foxtons may update these terms and conditions at any point.
