NCT Bumps & Babies

Trinity Centre Trinity Churchyard
A group for expectant mums and parents with young babies (generally up to walking). Come along for a hot drink and chat with other local parents while the babies play on the playmats and toys provided. Plenty of space for buggies toilets baby changing and a quiet room. On the last Wednesday of each month we also have a special event running alongside the usual group - previous activities have included arts and crafts music sessions mini photo sessions and stalls. Held in the centre of town at the Trinity Centre next to Holy Trinity Church at the top of the high street. The nearest car park is Sydenham Road. Entry £1 for NCT members £2 non-members including refreshments. Website

Thula Mama Harmony singing group for carers and babies

Thula Mama is an inspirational singing group for parents and carers of babies aged from birth to walking. We learn and sing lullabies and songs from around the world to share with our little ones. And we sing in beautiful 3-part harmony. You don't need to have any previous singing experience, just come along and enjoy sharing music with a group and with your baby. Website

The Nest' is a parent and baby Group in St. John's where new parents can come and have a relaxing cup of tea / coffee and chats with other new parents about their life as new parents and the highs and lows that comes with it. As well as the all time favourite rhymes and songs, Tiny Tunes gets the little ones dancing to some of the well known pop classics! A lovely friendly group for non-walking babies we met every Monday morning even during the holidays Lots of mats blankets and toys for the babies to play on. Just £1 towards hall, refreshments provided. Website

Burgundy & Black
B&B is held on the first and third Friday of every month. B&B is for mums with bumps and both parents or carers of non-mobile babies. So come along and meet others for tea or coffee get yourself out of the house and get your baby socialising. If your child is more mobile or you have older toddlers just be aware that this is a cafe environment. This is open to all there is no need to have attended NCT classes or be a member. Website

Dorking NCT Branch Nearly New Sale APRIL 2015

North Holmwood Village Hall
We hold four Nearly New Sales each year where you can get some great bargains sell your children's old (but good condition) toys and clothes and help support the NCT too! We sell newborn and children's clothes maternity wear toys and equipment (such as prams and cots). Our sales are held at: North Holmwood Village Hall Spook Hill North Holmwood RH5 4JP NCT members get priority entry at 10:00am bring your NCT membership card with you to gain advance entrance. General entrance is at 10:15am. If you volunteer to help for more than 2 hours at the sale you get the opportunity to shop before the sale opens! Its a great perk and anyone can volunteer to help at the sales. Contact nns.dorking@nct.org.uk to register to sell or volunteer at our next sale!
