The Albany

Fantastic gastro pub right on the River Thames opposite Hampton Court Palace.

Hampton Pool

Located right next to Bushy Park, it is open every day of the year! It holds frequent concerts around the pools that are always sold out. It's one of Hampton's hidden gems!

Hampton Court Palace

A great day trip to see the palace where Henry VII once lived, the gardens and the maze.

La Fiamma

With large windows opening directly onto Bushy Park, you can enjoy your fresh pizza while watching the deer roam by.

Bushy Park

Whether it's lazing away the summer days watching cricket with a pint from the clubhouse or taking a chilly winter walk to watch the deer, Bushy Park is always a winner!

The Pheasantry Café

A picturesque café and restaurant in the Woodland Gardens of Bushy Park. Great, fresh food, cakes, drinks and ice cream.

The Harts Boatyard

With large windows overlooking the Thames, this delightful restaurant makes it feel as if you're dining on a ship!

Caffé Amici

Potentially the smallest café/restaurant I have come across, but packed with rustic charm. The staff are all Italian and sell a great range of foodstuffs - the freshly made sandwiches on Italian breads are a must have at lunch and are so delicious!

Gordon Bennett!

A really popular bar/restaurant on tree-lined Maple Road.

"The Swan and the Anglers pubs by the river"

January 2015

Local resident

"It was a real shock to move to live within the M25 having spent most of my life in counties further north. Luckily in Walton on Thames I find it has the feeling of a small town with very good facilities including a shopping complex which was completed just before my arrival in 2008. There are also 2 stations in the vicinity."
