"Mad inventor and all round eccentric, Vincent de Groof took off in his latest creation from Cremorne Gardens: an ornithopter, which resembled a cabin slung below a hot air balloon, that when cut free he could glide by flapping the mechanical wings using a system of gears and pedals. It's one of the best outside spaces for the nurseries in Chelsea. It's very big. Plenty of toys to play outside. If it's raining the room is a bit on a small side for toddlers, but you can visit fantastic sensory room there. You can also call on any day of the week and book the sensory room for you and your friends. It's great experience. Website

Cheyne Children's Centre offers a warm and welcoming environment for children under five years old and even has a sensory room for babies. We offer a wide range of resources and fun activities for children and members of their family. The children's centre works in partnership with other services in the community such as health housing social care schools voluntary and community organisations. Through these partnerships we are able to offer drop-in services support services training opportunities and information/advice sessions. Please book in advance when requesting use of the sensory room. Please contact the children's centre directly on Tel. 020 7349 1650 to find out what services are currently available. We are open for daycare and early education throughout the year (excluding bank holiday's) from 8am- 5.45pm. Website

Worlds End Under Fives Centre
The World's End Under Fives Centre provides free play activities for parents, carers and children under five, each weekday morning from 9.30am until 11.45am, 51 weeks a year. We have well equipped indoor and outdoor facilities, so there is lots of fun to be had! Using the Drop In is an informal affair. You do not have to be a member of the centre, there is no waiting list and you do not have to have used the service before. First time users are especially welcome to join us. We have an open-door policy, so all you need to do is arrive on any weekday morning between 9.30am and 11.45am. Website
