This is a movement class set to live and recorded music. The tutor sings and plays guitar. Parents and children join in group games and sing familiar children's songs. Toys, equipment and musical instruments are used to tell stories. The class follows a similar format each week. The children join in their own way, so it is suitable for toddlers up until aged five. Queen Mother Sports Centre offers a fantastic selection of facilities and activities. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a swimming adult at all times.
