The school of your choice Schools added to Foxtons.co.uk search criteria

Foxtons realise that finding a new home near good schools can be very important. This is why we've now included local schools as one of the search criteria when looking at properties to buy or rent on Foxtons.co.uk.
If you've got children, one concern on your mind will be making sure that, when you move, you live near a good school. Information on schools (including performance in Key Stage test and GCSE results) is already well established as part of the general information for properties on Foxtons.co.uk, but now you can actually use a particular school as a search tool when looking for a home. This will show all the properties available through Foxtons in the vicinity of that school (but, please note, not necessarily the catchment area). Simply click on the 'School' tab when searching for a property to use this extremely handy new facility.
