Although they have always been available as part of the downloadable property details on Foxtons.co.uk, room descriptions are now displayed along with the floorplans for properties on the website, making it easier to appreciate the layout of a property.
Downloadable full property details have always been a very popular feature on Foxtons.co.uk, offering website users easy access to the sort of information you usually have to go to an estate agent's office to get hold of.
Room by room descriptions are important in enabling people to form a full picture of a property they are interested in. Foxtons knows this and those descriptions are part of the details you can download conveniently at home.
But now those room by room descriptions can also be viewed alongside a property's floorplan on its individual web page on Foxtons.co.uk. This means you no longer have to download the property's PDF just to see the room descriptions, and the fact they are displayed with the floorplan makes the two sets of information easy to cross-reference.
To access them, simply click the 'room by room descriptions' link underneath a property's full details. They are also displayed if you click on the floorplans icon.
