We know that you don't want to feel constrained by the normal limitations of an agent. As a result, Foxtons has developed a level of customer service that's second to none.
Foxtons only closes on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. We
are open 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm Saturday, Sunday
and Bank Holidays.
Those hours are worth discussing.
Throughout the week, most agents close at 6pm. A few stay open until 7pm, but usually close earlier on Friday. Only Foxtons are open until 8pm every weekday evening.
If you work, how can you expect to view properties during the week if an agent closes just as you're leaving the office? Even 7pm is pushing it for many working people, especially if you're trying to get across town. Foxtons has heard people expressing these concerns and we've addressed them.
We open until 8pm and then we conduct viewings later into the evening. You don't have to leave the office early. You don't have to sacrifice your lunch hour or precious holiday time.
