Foxtons launches new property magazine Area is the new monthly publication from Foxtons, showcasing thousands of properties to buy and rent across London and Surrey.

Area is the latest progression in magazine publishing for Foxtons. There are 22 editions produced each month, with each magazine representing sales and lettings for each area of London and Surrey covered by Foxtons.
The magazines combine the artistic elements of the previous coffee-table magazine, Rare, with the sheer volume of the previous Foxtons magazine. The aim is to provide a more substantial and relevant magazine for each local area, showing Foxtons' depth of experience and understanding of the property market within each locality, as well as the vast amount of properties available through Foxtons compared to the competition.
Each of the 22 magazines have a combination of local editorial pages showcasing more affluent properties, a gallery showing multiple colour photographs of properties across all price levels and a full listing of every property available.
Each month the magazine has a distribution of over 960,000 copies, delivered door to door, mailed to potential purchasers and tenants and also available from Foxtons offices.
