Foxtons win Negotiator Estate agency of the year (regional chain)

Foxtons have won Estate Agency of the Year (regional chain) at the recent Negotiator Awards held in London. The awards celebrated the sectorâs entrepreneurialism, innovation and business acumen and were judged by a prestigious panel of senior figures from the industry, including the Chairman of the Ombudsman of Estate Agents and the President of the National Association of Estate Agents.

The judges praised Foxtons for being an industry pioneer and for challenging industry norms. They described Foxtons as âinnovative, dedicated and totally focusedâ with itâs marketing deemed âutterly incredible.â

The awards were held at the London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane on 11 November and were hosted by the comedian Rory Bremner. Guests on the evening also participated in the post-awards casino, which raised Â£2,500 for the UK housing charity Shelter.
