Foxtons is delighted to announce that they have been named 'Best Company for Real Estate UK' at the prestigious IAIR Awards in Milan.
The IAIR, or Excellence in Global Economy and Sustainability, is a research institute and global independent publishing house headquartered in Milan with a history of publishing quarterly magazines for the world's leading financial institutions and decision-makers concerning economy and sustainability, and has received patronage from the European Commission.
Since joining the London Stock Exchange in September 2013 and subsequently becoming a FTSE 250 company, Foxtons has already had the honour of winning 'EMEA Equity Issue of the Year 2013' by IFR magazine, and with this particular achievement joins the ranks of other winners from all categories such as Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, Rothschild, Deutsche Bank, Vodafone, Cartier and Allen & Overy.
The results were announced at The Stock Exchange in Milan on Friday 10th October 2014 with judges commending Foxtons "For being the leading London estate agency focused on providing services to the residential sales and lettings property market. Through its efficient business model that combines a strong brand, high levels of centralisation, an innovative application of technology and a powerful culture of sales and service, Foxtons has reached a consistent growth and an increased profitability".
