London's leading estate agency Foxtons is proud to have joined the The London Rental Standard (LRS) scheme last year, helping Londoners rent with confidence.
The initiative, created by the Mayor of London, is a voluntary set of standards which are aimed at promoting higher standards within the private rented sector. The LRS has also been designed to provide tenants with the added reassurance that they are renting from a professional agent who will comply with all the necessary legislation, such as deposit protection and safety certificates.
Membership to the LRS is based on existing accreditation with a selection of industry recognised schemes. As such, Foxtons has taken the step of ensuring each of its 56 offices are now fully accredited, with all Lettings Managers now National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS) qualified.

Foxtons continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to high ethical standards and is already a voluntary member of the key governing bodies, including The Property Ombudsman, Association of Residential Lettings Agents, National Association of Estate Agents, Mydeposits tenancy deposit protection scheme and SAFE Agent (of which they are a founding member).
