"Due to the strength of our corporate team and the relationships they have managed to develop over the years, we were able to bring an amazing tenant to this landlord; not only did they get a contract with a major bank but we also managed to achieve 10% above the asking price"
He went on to add that not only do these types of deals offer a fantastic return on investment due to dealing directly with a major corporation, they also provide a secure and enduring tenancy "We find that these types of tenants tend to consistently renew, and there is a very good chance that the landlord will have these tenants for years."
