With the increasing demand of homes to rent in London, prospective renters are taking the opportunity to rent properties for longer and longer periods. Perhaps not wanting to go through the stress of moving, or preferring to put down roots in a certain area, the one common theme for our top lets this month is treating the property as their home, rather than a temporary place of living. All of these properties have been let out for 3 years, take a look at them below.

This property in Covent Garden was rented for three years by a young family coming from Europe. The property represented an ideal home for the family of three, catering for their work and educational needs. With the husband holding a prominent role within the investment banking sector and his wife embarking on a degree in phycology, a three year rental period proved ideal. Furthermore the Landlord based in Italy was thrilled with having attracted a reliable corporate tenant for a guaranteed three years.

A one bed flat in Kentish Town proved just the home for this young Glasgow couple. Having been looking to settle now they had established careers as a teacher and museum curator, the property's decent sized rooms and the great addition of a roof terrace proved to be the best fit. The Landlord, a vice president for a prominent web browser company was delighted to let his property to the couple for three years, as he was looking for reliable tenants who would see the property as their home.

Having a number of properties to let, the landlord was looking for long term tenants of his Streatham flat in keeping with his other rented properties. He was delighted to eventually rent the flat to three friends who were looking to settle in Streatham for the foreseeable future, following yearly moves from other various rental properties. The three year rental agreement was the perfect fit for both landlord and tenants, with the tenants pleased with the flat and surrounding amenities, with the landlord pleased with the reliable income over three years.

The landlady of this fantastic East Dulwich property was keen to put in place long term tenants following previous success with long rental terms. She was delighted to agree a three year rental period with two professionals working in engineering and law. The tenants were looking to relocate back to Dulwich after enjoying their time there in previous years. They were delighted with the property as it is a great size for the them, as well as the added bonus of stunning views from the first floor of The Shard and the City of London.
