First up this month are our first time buyers. Having lived in rented accommodation for a number of years in Pimlico, the couple felt it was time to buy their first home together now they were expecting their first child.
There were a few things the couple really wanted for their new home which included a desirable location, a large enough house to raise a family and an acceptable distance to a mainline train station. How happy they must have been to find this five bedroom house in Catford which provided everything they needed.

Taking her first steps onto the property ladder we are happy to have helped this first time buyer get the keys to her one bedroom flat. This flat was the ideal size for the buyer and with a stylish finish she was delighted with her new home.

With their daughter studying at university in London, this family with links to oil industry were looking to finally settle after moving between Boston and their middle-eastern home for a number of years.
