Kingston is a scenic area with many attractive qualities, not least its leafy streets, green parks and riverside walks.
Cafés and bars line the banks of the Thames, while nearby Hampton Court Palace hosts elaborate gardens and its infamous maze.
As if that weren't enough most properties here have outside space of their own: the Victorian homes in North Kingston often boast 30' to 40' gardens, for example, while those in the town centre tend to have balconies and roof terraces, many of which overlook the Thames.
