Pinner is a lovely area with spacious homes, plenty of green space and a close and friendly sense of community.
The vicinity is also remarkably well-connected given its peaceful feel, allowing residents to enjoy all that London has to offer while still being able to retreat to a relatively quiet way of life at the end of each day.
And there are some beautiful homes here to retreat to.
This month I'd like to showcase a fine example of a quintessential Pinner property set on sought-after Moss Lane in the heart of desirable Pinner Village.

We managed to exchange contracts on the property just four weeks after the final offer was accepted. After it received multiple offers, we agreed the sale of this two bedroomed end-of-terrace bungalow on Grosvenor Avenue in North Harrow.
This meant the seller was able to select a cash buyer for the property, which was on the market at 249,950.
