Pinner and the surrounding areas have long held appeal for those looking to move from the hubbub of central London to a more peaceful way of life.
The sense of community here is one reason for this, while the excellent schools most notably the internationally renowned Harrow are also a big draw.
Harrow on the Hill in particular is often rightfully compared to the likes of Hampstead, Muswell Hill and Highgate and has the added bonus of its high vantage point, which offers unparalleled views across London.
