As June gets underway the corporate lettings market becomes increasingly busy.
This is due to two main factors: the financial year is now in full swing so relocation budgets have been allocated, while the academic calendar means families are seeking to settle into their new homes by September.
This is an excellent time for landlords to realise the potential of their rental investments but, similarly, tenants have also come to expect more from their homes.
As a result we have seen demand for high-specification properties rocket, with Pinner's excellent transport links and fantastic schools attracting much of this activity. It was taken by professionals for 15 months at 1,525 per month. We let this three bedroomed new build town house on Harlech Gardens in Pinner for 12 months at 2,000 per month 300 per month over the asking price.
