As June gets underway the corporate lettings market becomes increasingly busy.
This is due to two main factors: the financial year is now in full swing so relocation budgets have been allocated, while the academic calendar means families are seeking to settle into their new homes by September.
This is a great time for landlords to realise the potential of their rental investments but, similarly, tenants have also come to expect more from their homes.
As a result we have seen demand for high-specification properties rocket, and Richmond in particular with its excellent transport links and schools is seeing much of this activity. We have just brought one such property onto our books, a striking four bedroomed house on Richmond Park Road in East Sheen. It was taken by a professional couple paying 1,400 per month for 12 months.
