This area is renowned for its stunning mansion blocks and well-maintained communal gardens; in fact, it is not unusual for tenants to come here specifically for this type of property.

The appeal of such a setting is clear: each apartment is finished to a high standard and usually retains the character of its original age, while the gardens are beautiful and substantial, their privacy making them an ideal playground for children and their size meaning there is room for every sunbather.
