This ground floor flat really is a good sized property. It has a nice private patio - it's lovely to have your own outside space any time of year - two double bedrooms, one with an extension that was once a bathroom but now a dressing area with triple wardrobes that could easily be turned back into a bath or shower room. It's a quiet area with quiet neighbours, but close to local amenities. I have lived here for four years, and only moving for personal reasons. Unless you want to change the colour of the paint, there's nothing to be done really, just move in.
