A message from the current owner

I purchased this property in 2005, as a pied-a-terre in London, with fantastic links to the West and East, whilst being centrally located in between both Hyde Park and Regent's Park. The property is walking distance from Lord's Cricket Ground and very handy for a commute to the City of London. It has a vibrant cultural mix and offers easy access to the main shopping areas of Oxford Street. You could even walk to Harrods in Knightsbridge, across Hyde Park. Although situated on a main road, the bedroom to the rear of the property is very quiet at night, owing to the height of the building blocking the road noise and since it backs onto a residential area, there is no noise, to distract one from a good night's rest. Transport links across London are fantastic and you can walk anywhere within zone 1 with ease. The high ceilings and period features, like the two fireplaces, are fantastic and what drew me to make an offer on my first viewing.
