Being at the rear of the building you can't hear any noise traffic from inside the flat and minimal noise in the garden. The garden with an automatic watering system is a lovely sun trap, and as it's protected from the wind, you can use it for a more extended period; it's a lovely place to relax in the evenings as well as in the day.
