You will be answering calls and emails from vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants and identifying their requirements. In addition to responding to these enquiries you will also greet all visitors to our Headquarters.
It is vital that everyone contacting Foxtons, in whatever capacity, receives a professional and efficient service and your ability to provide exceptional customer service will be of paramount importance. A thorough understanding of the various departments at Foxtons and the people within them will also be necessary and full training will be provided to ensure that you are confident in your role.
