"East village has lovely independent cafes and restaurants, run by passionate individuals. From artisan bread to home made gelato and fabulous cocktails. All this on the door step of a huge park, no cars, sports facilities and lots of activities within the community."

"There will be a gold rush in Stratford / West Ham Park and Plaistow in the next five to ten years as property prices are so cheap at the moment. There is some lovely housing stock waiting to be discovered! These low prices won't last as Stratford and the surrounding areas become property hot spots."
