"Very easy to get into London and Guildford via train or car. Also very close to M25 to go south to Sussex. Beautiful Surrey Hills all around, with unlimited options for walks in national parks or a bike ride. Excellent shops including Hobbycraft, Paperchase, Superdry, Debenhams, TK Maxx. Typical restaurants such as Cafe Rouge, with excellent gastro pubs all around the town and surrounding villages"
