REO Dance is offering the opportunity for both child and parent (or nanny) to come along and enjoy your own separate ballet classes. For the first 30 minutes there will be a pre-school ballet class (3years+) that uses stories to capture the child's imagination and introduce them to the foundations of ballet music and movement. You will then have the chance to do your own ballet class whilst your child is looked after in a separate room in the same venue. The adult class is suitable for beginners through to the more experienced dancer and will improve fitness and posture and tone muscles.
