Portobello Panto Presents: The Lion The Witch and the Westway Notting Hills beloved Panto is making its annual return to the Tabernacle this Winter with the snowtacular: The Lion, The Witch and the Westway The Portobello Panto began more than 30 years ago in a pub on the Portobello Road. Since then, it has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for local charities. Despite the ample glitz, at its core the Panto is a community event that brings together artists, performers and children from the local area to have fun, entertain the crowds and raise money for good causes. As ever, the Panto is reliant on the work of volunteers to get the show on the road. After our 2024 production, Peterbello Panto. raised almost 13,000 for our charities, this year we are raising money for theShepherds Bush Families Project,The240 ProjectandWest London Welcome. The funds raised every year for these organisations are vital at the best of times. With that in mind, were determined to raise as much as possible this year.
