What is your favourite place?

Where do North London locals go?

O'Neill's

Not your typical O'Neill's with its setting in a converted church. It still has its original features and a lively atmosphere at the weekend.

Chooks

A delicious American-style restaurant serving mouth-watering chicken dishes. The buttermilk chicken made using their secret recipe is awesome!

Alexandra Palace Ice Rink

A fantastic day out for all the family all year round!

Planet Organic

The most amazing shop that stocks literally every organic food you can imagine, as well as a huge range of beauty, health and baby products. The store is always immaculate, there are loads of helpful staff around and best of all, there is a juice bar and coffee shop too.

Dacha

Quality Russian shop selling a wide array of products from authentic Russian meats, fish and cheese, to homemade cakes and pastries, which you can sit in and eat in their café. The ice-cream comes highly recommended.

The John Baird

Real ales, a beer garden and quiz nights on a Thursday and Sunday are why I love going to this local boozer!

Banner's

If you ever find yourself very hungry, head on down to Banner's because the portions are huge! It's definitely very good value for money and the menu is so extensive, there's something for everyone.

Chriskitch

A very cosy and cute little café in Muswell Hill. They make very tasty salads and freshly baked homemade cakes that everyone will fall in love with. It's definitely a great place to go for brunch or just a nice cup of tea!

The Phoenix Cinema

The oldest purpose-built cinema in London, the Phoenix screens the latest films, as well as sports events and ballet.

Feast on the Hill

From a full English breakfast to a ribeye steak in the evening, this restaurant keeps us locals smiling all through the day.

Melange

French and Italian cuisines done well. This restaurant's rustic interior creates the perfect atmosphere for a date night or a catch up with friends. The set menu is great value for money too.

Hot Pepper Jelly

This delightful café is great for coffee or lunch in the afternoon. It caters for vegetarians and vegans and serves gluten-free options too.

The Laboratory Spa & Health Club

A beautiful, airy, bright gym with a spa and a fresh water swimming pool, which means no stinging eyes and great for children! They also put on excellent exercise classes too and there's no minimum contract.

Toff's

Best chippy in North London, or even the whole of London! You can even sit in too.

Pitch and Putt, Alexandra Park

Enjoy a round or two with your friends and family and the stunning views of London too!
