Wormwood Scrubs Park
At the weekend it's like a little slice of the USA here in the UK! Amazing little league games played by loads of people and great food trucks selling hot dogs, pulled pork etc. A little bit of alternative relaxation in this busy bustling city of ours!

Situated in Gladstone Park, this café serves amazing breakfasts, great coffee and baked treats straight from the oven, including mouth-watering cakes. It's open from Friday to Sunday.

Situated right by Willesden Green Underground Station, a handily located local for a casual drink or a good meal. A great place to watch sports events, although it does fill up easily. It also hosts weekly jazz sessions.

The group runs every week during term time it is a great way to get out and meet new people while on maternity leave. Free to attend- you can buy your own food/snacks and drinks at the venue.
