This service provides sporting activities the use of fitness equipment and exercise classes. Babies children young people and adults of all abilities can use the centre. The service provides many activities and facilities including: purpose-built crèche large gym sauna sports hall precision cycling studio swimming pool with wave machine. You can telephone or drop in for information on activities. You will need to pay to use these facilities. You do not have to become a member to use the service but membership will allow you to get discounts on activities. You can use the service during opening times and set activity times.
