East Dulwich Picturehouse and Café

This small cinema serves everything from cakes to meals, cocktails to coffee and screens small independent films alongside Hollywood blockbusters. There are even reclining seats and 'love seats' if that's what you'd prefer...

Hisar

Arguably the best kebab on Lordship Lane! It's hard to break the habit of going every day for lunch...

Yama Momo

Situated in the heart of East Dulwich on Lordship Lane, if you like Japanese food, you have to try Yama Momo. Great atmosphere, food and drinks!

The Bishop

A superb way to spend your evening, this newly refurbished pub in the heart of East Dulwich is the perfect place for celebrating with a cheeky champagne or two.

Le Chardon

Proper French food, an interesting 1880s Grade II listed interior and a piece of local history, as it used to be a David Greig shop. Put your handbag on the marble shelves and try the lobster, bouillabaisse or coq au vin and wash it down with a fabulous wine choice. I always have a good meal here.

Rocca

Delicious Italian food in delightful Dulwich Village - the linguine comes highly recommended!

The Melange

A handmade chocolate shop and café that serves fantastic hot chocolate!

The Begging Bowl

Thai street food with a tapas approach - a relaxed and friendly buzz, especially on the weekend.

Petitou

A lovely family-friendly café just off Bellenden Road that serves tasty homemade food.

Canavan's Peckham Pool Club

Where every good night ends...Peckham's pool club open 24/7!

K & K Butchers and Grocers

On the corner of Choumert Road and Rye Lane there is K&K Butchers, which sells fresh produce, meats, fish, fruits and vegetables.

Horniman Museum and Gardens

A quirky, free, family-friendly museum and gardens.

Ganapati

A fantastic South Indian restaurant at the Peckham end of Bellenden Road.

PeckhamPlex

One of the cheapest cinemas in London at only £4.99 a ticket - all day, every day!

Frank's Cafe

Frank's Café in Peckham is a really cool bar with amazing views of London on the top of a multi-storey car park.

"From cool bars to cosy pubs, fantastic restaurants to some great independent shops, East Dulwich has it all - but still manages to maintain a ‘villagey feel’. The area boasts lots of open spaces with Dulwich Park, Dulwich Woods and Peckham Rye close – all of which mean you’re unlikely to want to stray too far from home on the weekend."

"Great local amenities such as the boutiques and great pubs on Lordship Lane, whilst also being within walking distance of nearby Peckham, which has cool independent cafes, restaurants and bars. Close to Peckham Rye Park and Common, which is great in the summer to hang out on, or get involved with the numerous sporting activities it houses during the summer.
