Wandsworth Common
The Wandsworth coaching team are experienced and passionate. Lead by a a great mixture of rugby and youth experience, they put together sessions that are great fun and really developmental..... and make kids want to come back week after week. There are 3 age groups that we run at every venue: Rascals - Our Rascals group is the youngest age group and ranges from 2 years old to 3.5 years old. This groups concentrates on motor skills and understanding instruction. Scoundrels - Our middle group is aged between 3.5 years to 5 years old. At this age group we focus on continued motor skills improvement, more complicated instruction and real rugby focused games. Scrummers - Our oldest group is for children aged 5 to 7 years old. In this group we play rugby focused games, including tag based games and really hone skills and attitudes Saturday Session Times Rascals - 10am-11am Scoundrels - 10am-11am and 11.15am-12.15pm Scrummers - 11.15am-12.15pm Website

Buggyfit classes are an hour long, and usually involve a 3 - 5 mile route in total. Classes start with a moderate warm up walk, moving into a power walk or run to raise our heart rates.
