Commuting from our place is an absolute dream - we use all the train options from Kent House, Clock House and the tram line to get to and from work. Beckenham is walking distance and we regularly walk there at the weekend to have brunch or dinner in the restaurants. Our house provides the perfect living for us, as we regularly use our office to occasionally work from home and study in the evenings. Likewise, our garden is absolutely zero maintenance, but when we do have the time to sit out there we are able to enjoy the suntrap decking at the end of the garden (and feel like you are abroad, with the white walls and wisteria creeping over), but also when it is raining, we sit under the glass canopy and enjoy dinner or a drink.
