I lived at this property for 6 years as a single female before moving away due to work. I always felt safe and very happy to have it as my home. After leaving in '06, the property has been continually let out to tenants; each staying from 2-5 years, often renewing their tenancy multiple times and happily considering it their home too. The communal garden is a well cared-for oasis amongst the urban surroundings. It can be used for BBQs and hanging out in the summer; and when I was living here the neighbours were always friendly and considerate. The property is also fantastically located in the middle of an incredibly vibrant, hip and happening area. It is a stone's throw from all that Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Old Street and Spitalfield's have to offer, and is a conveniently short walk from Liverpool St. Stn. and the City. I decided to sell as I have moved to the countryside with my young family and am looking to invest in property closer to my new home here. This is a great first buy.
