Ocean Wharf is a great estate to live in and I've enjoyed the last 18 years here (only moving because of work). I love the huge open plan main room with all the light streaming in from the 20ft wide patio doors onto the balcony. The Ocean Wharf freehold is owned by a group of the tenants here, which changes how the estate is run. For example the fountain in the main area was designed by one of the tenants. Ocean Wharf is far enough from Canary Wharf to avoid the crowds but still within walking distance. However, if you'd rather not walk, there are bus stops right outside. There are several restaurants and supermarkets all within a short walk. One feature I will really miss is Hyperoptic broadband, offering a totally reliable connection with speeds of up to 1 Gigabit (using fibre optic cables to The premises).
