We have loved living here next to the canal and have enjoyed the many cycling routes away from traffic. Its a great place for cycling with quiet routes along the canal towpaths, to the wetlands (our favourite lockdown lunchtime escape) or the green spaces of the Lea valley. And only a 10 mins quiet cycle route to the Victoria Line. Kings Cross is just 25mins from our door. Guests seem drawn to our window seat which makes for a very comfortable social area. Our open plan living area has plenty of storage and a full size dishwasher so we can quickly clear away after a meal. We live next to Springfield Park which will soon be fully open after a beautiful renovation. We get together with the other freeholders to decide on improvements. We currently have a large surplus to spend on future work.
