I have lived In the area for over 5 years and I can't fault it at all. I fell in love with the apartment the moment I walked in - the look and feel of it and the location made it perfect for me. It is within waking distance of the tube, which made it very easy for me to commute into London and back, it's walking distance to some of the best bars and shops in the area, and in addition it's within walking distance of Trent Park! I'm confident anyone who buys this apartment will be just as happy as I have been.
