I bought this house in Oct'20 due to its unique location on the Hill, its security and privacy, ample parking, the beautiful communal garden and our mature private rear garden, and its proximity to top schools. Chartwell Place is very popular with its residents and ours is the third house to have previously been sold in nearly 20 years. Having been built in 1995, the house felt dated and tired so I decided to fully refurbish it. As I was initially planning to live in the house myself, I put a lot of consideration into every single detail. In the end, we got a house that is not only aesthetically beautiful but is solid from within (we redid all the flooring, partitions, plumbing, electrical wiring etc). Due to professional reasons, I'm moving away and no longer need this property.
