A message from the current owner

I can honestly say that I am extremely sad to be selling Albion Road. This flat has been my happy home for fifteen years and saw me from my single girl-about-town days right through to living here with my husband and son. We only moved to be close to my son's grandparents and if it were not for that we would have definitely stayed in Stoke Newington. The flat has beautiful high ceilings (great for massive Christmas trees), and gorgeous sash windows which bathe the lounge and kitchen with light in the daytime and provide a gorgeous sunset in the bedrooms in the evening. My favourite feature has always been the huge folding doors between the lounge and the bedroom which, when opened up, make a great space for a party or two! The location is amazing; really close to both The Londesborough and The Rose and Crown if you like good pubs with great food. Only five minutes' walk for me to all the delights of Church Street as well as being really close to both Angel and Dalston.
