A message from the current owner

I fell in love with the beautiful windows and light in this property -it's why I bought it myself! What I didn't consider was how the view would be ever-changing with the seasons. The terrace opposite is absolutely stunning in full view in winter but starts to disappear in the spring as the trees fill with leaves; by summer you feel as if you are in the park! Arsenal is officially the closest tube but I always walk the few extra minutes to Highbury and Islington as the walk takes me down through the fields, which is a great relaxing start to the day! The Barn has a great selection of shops - Da Mario for Italian treats, Five Boys for quirky health foods, Mrs Lovells for fresh veg, Deer Pizza for a quick and cheap take away and the Highbury Barn pub itself that does a lovely roast with meat sourced from the local butcher.
