A message from the current owner

Love it here. There is a lot of green space in the immediate vicinity e.g Stationers, Priory and Finsbury Parks and Alexandra Palace all of which we have used a lot over the years. A very friendly neighbourhood to live with a 'village' feel within Crouch End. Easy access to all transport links - Hornsey Station 18 minutes into Moorgate, short bus journey to Finsbury Park, Archway and Turnpike Lane. The garden is low maintenance and the sun shines to the rear from mid morning for the rest of the day. We have lived here for over 37 years with absolutely no regrets and would not be selling if we were not moving to be closer to family in the Midlands. We have recently undertaken works including a new flat roof to the rear in 2018/19 with new guttering, a new combi boiler in 2016 and replaced the family bathroom in 2017. There is a lot of storage space which we have found very useful. A number of nursery and primary schools are close by and our garden backs on to Hornsey School for Girls.
