A message from the current owner

We love the park opposite - it's well cared for and they do cinema screenings in the summer. We're so close to the tube, railway and overground, so getting into, across and out of london on public transport is easy. But locally, there is a great mix of independent shops and cafes on both Green Lanes and Crouch End high streets, that it's very pleasant to shop, eat and drink local. Our garden is wonderful - it's very quiet and peaceful, and the bedrooms both look out onto it. It's also very secure - we have an intercom and security lights and the windows have vents to circulate air without leaving them open when we're out. Our garden runs along the a canal side at the back which isn't accessible to the public, so it really is very private.
