020 8432 1444Tawny Court was the first building of the whole Hendon Waterside Scheme and everyone who bought in this building loves our flats and appreciate the smaller size of our block which allows us to keep a nice community feeling as well as always being clean and tidy. We have happily lived here as a couple, and our family has grown and the flat has served us really well in terms of location. We like being on Cool Oak Lane which is pretty close to the Hendon train station for getting to work, or Brent Cross for getting the shopping done. We often walk there in 20 mins. We love being so close to the reservoir too. The amenities in the area keep improving and we feel the area has a lot more mileage in it. The flat stays really warm and we barely need to heat it. Bills feel noticebly lower than in other properties we have lived in. Our neighbours are all nice people. We are overall very lucky and will miss it when we find out buyer.
