A message from the current owner

We love living in Hither Green with its great range of independent cafés, florists, delis, and restaurants. It really feels like a hidden gem! The flat is located perfectly for the station (with its short hop to London Bridge) and the fabulous Mountsfield Park (with its own parkrun) - each are just a 5-minute walk. The reason we fell in love with this flat in particular is the view from our living room, onto quiet green space rather than a road - it doesn't feel like you are in a big development at all. The modern build means that the flat has been a wonderful and really practical place to live: easy to look after and very secure (the development has a concierge and a security guard). It has been a perfect first home.
